Global Citizenship Program

Please review the following instructions to ensure you qualify for the Global Citizenship Seal:

• Even if you already completed the paper copy of the Global Citizenship Checklist, you are required to fill out the form online as well. This form can be reviewed and edited as you get closer to graduation and can be found here: http://goo.gl/forms/mXIEj5L2my

• Once your form has been submitted, you will become a candidate for the Global Citizenship Seal. To earn the seal, you must complete all of the requirements including the senior project prior to graduation.

• The Global Citizenship Program is brand new and still evolving, so please be aware that additions may be made to the checklist to offer new opportunities to earn the seal.

• Seniors will be contacted once forms have been submitted to ensure understanding of the senior project requirements.

• There is no limit to the number of class projects you can submit in order to demonstrate one of the four global citizenship skills. To submit a class project, please use this form: http://goo.gl/forms/9077ORDu7G
